Terms and Conditions
Important: Integrated Immunology Clinic provides online clinical consultations and personalised herbal, nutritional and lifestyle programmes. We are not an emergency service or a replacement for your GP or hospital specialists. In a medical emergency, dial 999 or attend A&E. Please read these terms in full before booking or using our services.
1. About our services
Welcome to Integrated Immunology Clinic. We are a division of Pharmakopoeia Laboratories Ltd. We provide translational immunology and natural medicine through telehealth consultations (including Google Meet), personalised herbal and nutritional programmes, lifestyle guidance, and a secure patient portal for messaging, documents, test reports, invoices and clinical follow-up.
What we are not: we are not an emergency service or a substitute for urgent hospital care. Our programmes are complementary and integrative. You should continue under the care of your registered medical practitioners where appropriate. Outcomes vary between individuals; we do not guarantee specific clinical results.
2. How we work
Care is delivered by human practitioners only. Clinical decisions, programme design and follow-up are made by your practitioner based on your history, consultation, testing and ongoing review — not by automated systems.
Personalised programmes
Following consultation, your practitioner may recommend a bespoke herbal, nutritional and lifestyle programme designed around your clinical picture. Where herbal medicines or supplements are recommended or supplied, you must follow the dosage and usage instructions provided.
Nutritional supplements
We may recommend or supply nutritional supplements to support your programme, sourced from trusted manufacturers. These are not a substitute for prescribed medicines unless your practitioner advises otherwise in writing.
3. Eligibility, referrals and your duty to disclose
We currently accept new patients by referral only. Consultation fees and package fees will be confirmed before you book. You are strictly required to provide an accurate list of prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, known allergies, and relevant medical history. Tell us promptly about pregnancy, planned surgery, new diagnoses, adverse reactions or changes in your health. We accept no liability for adverse reactions where you fail to disclose complete health information.
4. Bookings, invoices and payments
Payment is due as stated on your invoice or booking confirmation. We do not use hidden subscriptions or lock-in contracts unless separately agreed in writing. Invoices may be issued and paid through the patient portal. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Dispensed preparations and shipping
Where herbal preparations or supplements are dispensed or shipped to you, you are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for any local customs, import or regulatory requirements if you are outside the UK. We do not issue refunds for packages delayed, refused, confiscated or destroyed by customs or carriers where local import requirements were not met, unless required by law.
Do not share prescribed or dispensed preparations with others. Because your biology and clinical picture change over time, do not continue historic batches for long periods without practitioner review.
6. Consultations, Google Meet and the patient portal
Consultations are delivered online. Google Meet sessions and related appointment notes may form part of your clinical record. Portal access (messages, documents, test reports, invoices) is confidential and for your personal use only. Keep your login details secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Messaging in the portal is between you and your human practitioners; it is not an emergency channel.
Always consult your doctor
Always consult a qualified local physician before starting a new health programme where you have existing medical conditions or take prescription medication. Never disregard professional medical advice based solely on information on our website or portal.
7. Regulatory compliance (MHRA & FSA)
Operating from the United Kingdom, customised herbal preparations and curated products we supply are typically classified as food supplements and/or unlicensed herbal preparations made on an individual basis following consultation. They are not licensed medicines and have not been evaluated by the MHRA, EMA or FDA to diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any disease.
Where applicable, bespoke herbal compounding operates under the practitioner guidelines of the UK Human Medicines Regulations (including Regulation 3(6)). Preparations made for you are for your individual use only and are not for retail sale, redistribution or sharing with any other person.
8. Assumption of risk & personal responsibility
You choose to participate in our programmes voluntarily, accepting that improving health requires personal commitment and carries natural variation in outcomes. Progress depends on your unique biology, environment, adherence and other medical care you receive.
If you experience discomfort or adverse reactions, stop the relevant preparation or supplement immediately, contact us, and consult your doctor if needed.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the total financial liability of Integrated Immunology Clinic, Pharmakopoeia Laboratories Ltd, and its practitioners and staff to you will not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based solely on general website information rather than an individual clinical consultation.
10. Data rights & privacy (UK GDPR)
Your personal and clinical health records are treated with a high level of security and stored in our clinical systems (including the patient portal and Firestore) under access controls. Records remain linked to your care identity so practitioners can treat you safely; they are not anonymised away from your account.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of your data or, where applicable, to have it deleted. Contact help@integrated-immunology.com. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 days, subject to legal or professional retention requirements for clinical records.
For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Website, portal use & intellectual property
All design, branding, text, graphics, educational materials and programme documents belong to Pharmakopoeia Laboratories Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal right to use the website and portal for your own care. You may not copy, modify, scrape, redistribute or reverse-engineer any part of our platform or materials without prior written consent.
You must not misuse the website or portal (including attempting unauthorised access or introducing malware). We may update, suspend or withdraw features without notice.
12. Governing law & legal venue
These terms and all services provided by Integrated Immunology Clinic are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in their local courts where required by law.
If any section of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that section will be severed and the remainder will remain in full effect.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
